Generally the field level hard working staffs do not have the scope to participate in any kinds of international level training/exposure visit/workshop to acquire knowledge & share experiences. But they are the key players for effective implementation of field level microcredit program. Considering the important role of the field level staff, the management of GUK took decision to allow field level staffs to attend international level exposure visit/training program as a token of award for their excellent performances. Accordingly a team 12 field staffs visited Bhutan & participated in the trade fair organized by different MFIs. Under the leadership of Hajkil Md. Abu Hasan Deputy Director 12 participants visited Bhutan from 10-14 June 2015. During their visit in Bhutan they participated in different events of trade fair as well as visited historical places and gathered lots of experience which might contribute to develop their skill and efficiency as well as enlighten them to make them more responsive to devote themselves in the development activities of GUK.
