Administration
 Carry out and circulate decisions taken by the Executive Secretariat.
 Ensure vehicle and other logistic support to all departments and units.
 Purchase, store and distribute different items necessary for the organization.
 Organize different events like meetings, workshops, seminars etc.
 Provide support for arranging different visits for the Government officials, donors and partner organizations.
 Initiate different administrative action as necessary.
 Arrange office setup at different levels for running activities of the organization.
 Maintain overall security of the organization.

Human Resource Management
 Assess staff requirement for the organization based on annual operational plan.
 Recruit qualified staff as per set criteria.
 Carry out regular administrative activities like posting, transfer, promotion, increment, demotion, redundancy, retrenchment and termination of staff.
 Develop capacity of the staffs through the Training Unit and provide the list of staff to administration unit for posting.
 GUK considers its staffs as an asset to the organization and therefore conducts different assessment processes and arranges need based trainings.
 Prepare and develop different tools for staff performance evaluation.
 Prepare and document staff benefit and compensation packages as per Service Manual.
 Maintain grievance management system based on GUK Service Rules.
